Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
● Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
● You must contact us first at info@tacticaltitangear.com with your order number and reason for return.
● Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll either send a replacement or offer a full refund — your choice.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
